Upon confirmation of booking, we will confirm who to make the check payable to and where to mail the check to in Maui.

Reservations are confirmed when deposit is received. Upon receipt of payment, an email confirmation will be sent.

Rates quoted for Regular or Value Season are based on weekly stay. Less than 6 nights an out-cleaning fee will be charged. Registration/key fee of $50.00, payable to the hotel when you check in (non refundable) for Admin. charges for issuing keys. You will also be asked for credit card imprint for any incidental charges ie. telephone calls.

Rates are also subject to local Hawaiian GE tax 4.16% & TAT (Trans Accommodation Tax) 7.25%.

We do not provide daily housekeeping. However, it can be arranged. Cleaners here charge $25/hour. All units have brooms, mop and washer/dryers.

$50 registration/key fee - admin charges from front desk to hand over your keys ( non refundable ). Front desk also provides free golf shuttle to beach. $5/day parking will be payable at front desk too.

Last minute booking and longer stays will be considered for a discounted rate.

During your stay we do ask the following: Condos with carpets, we do ask that you remove your outdoor shoes, it is also hawaiian hospitality here. We do have a red dirt problem so outdoors shoes, will stain the carpets. Any problems you may have ie. plumbing, appliance, air con ... kindly call the hotel and be transferred to Doreen or her direct number 808-667-4216, she works 8:30 - 4:30 Mon to Fri. Any other times you can direct your concern to front desk.

Upon check out, we ask if you can start washing towels or linens, this would greatly help our cleaners out. Mahalo nui!

Any damages caused by a guest will be the responsibility of the guest to repair, replace, or reimburse. Should the owners have to sue the guest for damages, the guest will be responsible for damages, all court costs and attorney fees.

We advise all travellers to purchase travel insurance in the case of an emergency cancellation.

Once full payment is received usually 6 weeks before arrival, we will refund any monies received if we can rebook your rental dates. All cancellations are subject to $50 fee.

Check–in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please check your airline schedule – you may need to book an additional night. If so, we will charge 50% of nightly rate for extended check out time. Please check in at front desk on arrival. Maui Eldorado guests to pay a check-in fee of $50 at front desk at check-in.

No daily maid service is included in your rental rate. House keeping services are available at additional cost. Starter supplies provided are not replenished. Supplies include dish washing liquid, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tissue, trash liners, bar soap and toilet paper.

We ask that if you smoke, please do so outdoors as smoking is not permitted in any of our rental accommodations.

All owners wish you to please remove your shoes upon entering their condos.

Sometimes problems may arise. Problems rarely occur but should such a situation arise whereby the condominium becomes unavailable; we reserve the right to substitute an alternative condo up to and including day of arrival. All reservations are subject to cancellation or change for reasons including but not limited to, labor strikes, acts of God, failure of guests to vacate as scheduled, or sale of unit.

The best reception of free wireless internet is located across the street at CJ, the coffee shop. The Maui Eldorado does provide wireless interent, however, wireless internet access points varies in each suite & throughout the Maui Eldorado Resort. A ticket may be purchased for 1400 minutes of wireless internet access from the Front Desk for $9.95. Dial-up internent will incur the Resort's telephone charge of $1/call via the hotel's phone. Otherwise, a calling card would be required to avoid the Resort's long distance charge.
